Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor – Thame
Our client, a leading Vehicle Salvage and Parts Recycling company based in Thame, Oxfordshire, are seeking a motivated Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor to join their dedicated team. This Advisor offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service with technical understanding within a well-established and reputable business that has operated successfully for over 40 years.

Starting salary of £26,280, with performance-based bonuses aiming for £30,000 OTE
Full in-house training provided, no prior Parts Sales Advisor experience necessary
28 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days including bank holidays

Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 4:45pm Friday.Duties:
Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries from the motor trade and public regarding recycled and green automotive parts.
Accurately identifying and processing parts orders for dispatch
Managing parts stock levels and assisting in the supply of parts to Vehicle Technicians
Maintaining parts records and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Supporting the team with customer service and sales administration as a Parts Sales AdvisorRequirements:
Previous experience as a Parts Sales Advisor in the motor trade is preferred, but not essential
Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles is advantageous
Strong communication skills across all platforms, including telephone, email, and webchats
IT literacy and experience using electronic parts catalogues
