About the role:
1. Manage sales diaries, appointments, and demo schedules.
2. Maintain accurate sales records, updates, and documentation.
3. Support communication between sales teams, customers, and external partners.
4. Coordinate orders and installation schedules, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
5. Produce regular sales and operational reports.
6. Manage shared inboxes and general administrative queries.
7. Provide logistical support such as travel arrangements and basic vehicle administration.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
8. Experience in a similar administration or business support role.
9. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. High attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Confident using IT systems and learning new tools.
13. Discreet when handling sensitive information.
14. Experience in a sales or operations environment (advantageous).
