A fantastic opportunity for a Senior QA Supervisor ready to step up, or for an established QA Shift Manager looking to further develop and broaden their impact.
Backshift is different. Higher expectations from major retail customer. This role sits shoulder-to-shoulder with Production, driving standards on the shop floor through QA Team Leaders and QA teams.
It's not about hiding behind policies.
You'll work closely with the Site Technical Manager and QA Manager, with real exposure and genuine progression potential. For the right person, this could be the step from supervisor into true management.
Understands food manufacturing (ideally high-care environments).
Can influence, challenge, and build relationships across Production.
