The Opportunity
You will join a dynamic and ambitious team where associates are given early responsibility and genuine scope for progression. The group works on high-value secondaries matters and offers exposure across both funds and transactional work, ensuring well-rounded development. Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects and coordinate transactions across multiple jurisdictions
* Draft and negotiate core deal documentation with clarity and precision
* Provide commercially focused advice as part of client deal teams
* Work closely with clients, specialist colleagues, and external advisers
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally
* Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues
* Contribute to business development and client initiatives
What We Are Looking For
* Solid experience in private company M&A or funds work, ideally with exposure to secondaries
* Strong academic record and professional background
* Skilled in drafting and negotiating transaction documents
* Experience managing complex cross-border matters
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to deliver under pressure
* A collaborative mindset with resilience and commercial awareness
