Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified Rural Associate Director to join their high-performing team in Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of prestigious clients, delivering innovative solutions in rural estate management and consultancy.
Position Overview
The Rural Associate Director will play a key role in managing a portfolio of rural estates, providing expert advice, and driving diversification projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the rural team.
Responsibilities
Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
Conduct comprehensive estate and farming business reviews
Manage and oversee diversification projects
Assist clients with strategic land promotion
Undertake secured lending and professional valuations
Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Maintain and expand a strong client base
Requirements
MRICS qualified with extensive rural surveying experience
Proven track record in delivering diverse projects
Demonstrated team leadership and client relationship skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexible approach to work and hours
Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
