We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven 180 Recruiter to join our high-performing team. You’ll focus purely on candidate generation and talent management, working alongside experienced 360 recruiters and account managers who handle business development.to join our team.

In your new role at BOSS, you will:
* Source and interview candidates using all the latest tools and technology.
* Qualify candidates and match against specific client vacancies.
* Network and build relationships with candidates and clients.
* Generate leads from your conversations and research.
* Maintain our database, CRM / ATS.
What we are looking for:
* Previous recruitment experience (ERP/IT sector ideal, but not essential).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A results-driven, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A desire to grow, learn, and develop within a supportive, high-performing team.
