Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements. Drive quality improvements across the home, maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sustainable growth. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. About You We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
