Care Navigation now looking for an Admin or someone willing to learn and work as an admin in our main office.
The role offers variety of opportunities and you will be a vital member of the team
Pay: from £11.62hr

Roles Includes
1. Maintaining good customer service with visitors at reception, over the phone and on email
2. Answering enquiries from customers, members of the public, and sign posting staff queries to right team member
3. Managing communication in the organisation and general organisation and safe storage of information in all its forms
4. Checking posts, deliveries and distributing to right team members
5. Keeping records and files in order
6. Printing and photocopying documents as requested but keep this to minimum in line with our green practice
7. Setting up training and other meetings rooms, make tea and coffee available as advised for attendees
8. Managing purchase orders
9. Keeping small petty cash and other records and sharing with finance department
Keeping stock of all overheads needed, stationery, staff PPE, Uniforms, tea, coffee.
Keeping diary RM’s dairy and book meetings and appointment
10. Taking notes and keeping accurate record
Following up team members on meeting appointments deadlines
Maintaining smooth running of office systems, liaising with contractors.
11. Keeping accurate compliance records and health and safety information in liaison with responsible manager
Maintaining office environment tidiness, friendly feel, updating all posters and notice boards with correct information/leaflets
Qualifications:
Computer skills - Microsoft office - (Must have)
Admin experience in care setting (desirable but not essential)
