You will recieve warm inbound and outbound calls, with no cold calling or use of outbound dialers. The successful candidate will handle fact-finding, transferring customers to third-party lenders, and assisting clients through the application process. Key Responsibilities: * Handling warm inbound calls from clients seeking financial assistance. * Making outbound calls to customers who have requested information about loans. * Completing compliant fact-finds with clients to understand their needs. * Transferring customers to appropriate third-party lenders. * Following up with clients to collect outstanding documents. Skills & Experience: Preferred Experience: * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Experience in a Contact Centre environment. * GCSE Maths required. Key Competencies: * Strong telephone manner with excellent rapport-building abilities. * Motivated by positive customer interactions and problem-solving. * Patience to explain financial products and processes to clients. * High attention to detail.
