We have exciting opportunities in our Customer Experience team in Exeter for a Customer Care Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting from £25,274, increasing with progression, plus an additional 5% shift allowance (£1,263). About the role:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will work in a dynamic, rewarding, and fast-paced customer service environment. Your role involves being the voice of our company, directly engaging with customers to address their queries efficiently.
Initially focusing on inbound calls, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills through digital communication channels, handling billing, operational issues like supply interruptions, dispatching technicians for leaks and sewer flooding, and managing wholesale queries.
Your journey begins on Monday 30th June 2025. You will learn our back-office processes and be enrolled in our bespoke operational learning academy at our Exeter office.
Shift Patterns:
Working 37 hours per week on a flexible rota from 7 am to 10 pm, covering 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. Rota schedules are provided in advance and require flexibility.

* Minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
* Ability to manage calls effectively.
* Customer service experience is desirable.
