Guerlain Beauty Consultant
Location: H Beauty Glasgow
Schedule: 2.5 days / 18.75 hours per week
Main Responsibilities
As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers. Under the responsibility of the Account Manager and their Assistant Managers, you will ensure the development of your sales while guaranteeing the excellence of our customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service:
* Provide customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise".
* Develop a unique customer experience and impeccable service: active listening, personalized services and proposals (make-up, skincare, perfume consultation), storytelling.
* Build and maintain a regular clientele, including local and international customers, using tools like clientelling, calling, and animations.
* Contribute to store customer satisfaction goals and propose action plans.
Sales Development:
* Apply the Guerlain selling method.
* Achieve and follow up on individual and team objectives.
Team and Store Engagement:
* Embodies Guerlain's values.
* Fosters team spirit.
* Participates in briefings and shares insights.
* Supports the smooth operation of the store, respecting retail standards and procedures (checkout, merchandising, stock management).
* Maintains professional grooming standards.
