Integrar is a specialist division of Knights responsible for delivering remortgage services to lending institutions and intermediaries such as tier 1 banks, building societies, mortgage brokers, estate agents and financial advisors. Collaboratively, our teams provide a fast and efficient service without compromising on quality and the personal touch.
*About the role*
In this role you will manage a caseload of complex remortgage instructions through to completion including transfers of equity matters, defective titles, deeds of postponement, complex restrictions, estate rent charges and shared ownership schemes. Experience in some/all of these areas is essential.
The role requires knowledge of remortgages or sale/purchase conveyancing and a passion for delivering a high quality of work.
You will be managing a technical caseload of approximately 150 new remortgage instructions per month from start to finish, ensuring the case management system is used to process all relevant aspects of the transaction.
You will liaise with the client, borrower and other external parties as required and within agreed SLAs, ensuring all parties in the transaction up to date at all times.

*What are we looking for in a candidate?*
* Experience in a similar remortgage or conveyancing role.
* Experience in dealing with estate rent charges and shared ownership schemes is desirable.
* Strong commitment to client care and to providing a friendly and helpful service.
* Ability to take ownership of a volume caseload and to work in a high volume environment.
* A self-starter with a ‘can do’ approach to work, used to demonstrating initiative, intuition and decision-making capabilities.
* Affinity for learning/using technology, in particular experience of using a case management system is beneficial, and training will be provided on how we leverage technology for efficiency.
* An ability to work in a demanding environment, working to strict deadlines and within Service Level Agreements and to other targets.
* Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that processes, procedures etc are followed accurately.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
