About the role
The Head of Student Support and Wellbeing (Service Excellence) is a vital leadership role within SSWS, overseeing two primary functions of the department: Student Support and Enquiries and Specialist Advice and Casework Services. This position provides strategic direction in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the SSWS department, including service consolidation and functional reviews.

About you
We are looking for a positive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high quality, professional support services to students. To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to be proactive, non-judgmental, and capable of fostering positive working relationships both within and outside of UCL.
To excel in this role, you should have experience of driving high-performing and customer focused teams, be able to demonstrate sound judgement under pressure, and be a leader with the ability to motivate staff.
