The Role
* Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in performance, composition, and listening
* Supporting practical Music lessons, utilizing department mac suites and instrumental resources
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Contributing to curriculum planning, departmental development, and extra-curricular ensembles
* Working collaboratively within a supportive Music team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Music or a related subject
* Experience teaching Music at KS3 and KS4
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
* A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
