* Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency

* Oversee the F and B outlets
* Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
* Interact with guests and lead by example

The successful candidate
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Experience in a hotel would benefit
* Experience catering for events
* A born leader with a can:do attitude
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
* A dynamic and motivated individual
* Someone with a passion for F and B
