Demand Generation Manager | B2B SaaS
Location: Southwest London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + 5% discretionary bonus
We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business that’s scaling quickly and continuing to invest heavily in marketing. Following a period of sustained success, they’re now looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join their talented team and take ownership of driving pipeline growth.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing, managing all activity in-house
* Design and execute ABM programmes (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1) in close collaboration with sales
* Build and nurture audiences through HubSpot, automating workflows and refining lead scoring
* Analyse campaign data to optimise performance and share actionable insights
* Partner with content and product marketing to align messaging and drive consistent results
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
* Hands-on expertise across paid channels and ABM strategy/delivery
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
* Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub knowledge
