The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Specialist to drive our ecosystem growth and collaborative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute partner marketing strategies to expand our market reach, enhance brand visibility, and foster mutually beneficial partnerships within the tours and experiences technology landscape.
You’ll be part of the Bókun Marketing team and will collaborate closely with various internal teams, travel experience suppliers/resellers, destination management companies, and Tech connectivity partners (Online Travel Agencies, ticketing systems, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
2. Manage the Free trial and supplier activation targets via partner channels.
3. Create co-marketing programs and collaborative campaigns that drive mutual value.
4. Leverage marketing campaigns to develop our key partner relationships.
5. Design partner enablement materials, including pitch decks, marketing collateral, and sales training resources.
6. Manage partner communication channels and develop engagement programs.
7. Coordinate and drive Bokun activations at partner events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
8. Track and report on partner marketing performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue, lead generation, and market expansion.
9. Negotiate and manage partner marketing budgets and co-marketing investments.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem development within B2B software or technology sectors.
2. Marketing experience within the travel sector is highly desirable but not essential.
3. Proven success in developing partner marketing programs.
4. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ecosystems.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. A strong sense of ownership.
7. Excellent execution and organizational skills.
8. Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent communication and influencing skills with near-native business English proficiency.
11. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus but not required.
