KCS Education is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to drive growth by managing a portfolio of customer accounts in the Education sector.
This is a target-driven role requiring tenacity and the ability to secure new business.
1. Manage, grow, and own a portfolio of Educational Establishments through sales visits and calls across the Southwest.
2. Promote products and services to increase revenue and identify new opportunities.
3. Negotiate with customers to expand product adoption.
4. Update company IT systems such as ZOHO CRM with accurate activity logs, customer info, and quotations.
5. Handle customer requests with ownership, liaising with internal departments as needed.
What we need from you
1. Proven BDM/Account Management experience, with success in winning new business in person and remotely.
2. Tenacity, hunger, and resilience to handle rejection and pursue new opportunities.
3. Experience with a wide range of products and services in a volume-activity environment.
4. Ability to work and travel independently.
5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate value to customers.
6. Effective questioning skills to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
