Your Responsibilities
* Participant Engagement: Recruit and obtain consent from research participants.
* Interviews: Conduct telephone or in-person interviews, including eligibility screenings.
* Follow-Up: Maintain communication with study participants via phone, email, or mail.
* Data Management: Prepare, mail, and process questionnaires and other study correspondence.
* Tracking: Assist in tracking study participants using MS Excel.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of your work.
* Data Entry: Review, edit, clean, and enter participant data into a database.
* Literature Reviews: Assist with literature reviews for proposal submissions and manuscript preparation.
* Budget Management: Handle bookkeeping related to study budgets, including ordering supplies and managing participant incentives.
* Administrative Support: Perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing labels, copying, faxing, and meeting preparation.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
* Experience: 6+ months of clinical research experience.
* Medical Knowledge: Experience in the medical field, including phlebotomy and vaccines.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and data entry.
* Growth Mindset: A genuine interest in advancing your career in clinical research.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
