Urban Outfitters at Bluewater is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. You’ll help create the energetic, customer-focused environment that defines our brand, supporting store management to deliver exceptional service and uphold our VIBE philosophy.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver friendly, engaging customer service during peak hours.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and mystery shop compliance.
* Assist in training peers and collaborating with the team.
* Process shipments, manage stock, and complete weekly operational tasks.
* Follow health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
What we are looking for:
* Previous retail experience (not essential).
* Awareness of Urban Outfitters’ brand and local appeal.
* Strong communication skills- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
* Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
