Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of private client lawyers
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Efficient diary and email management
* Handle file closures and archiving in line with firm protocols
* Undertake general office administration duties to support the wider legal team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a legal secretary role is essential, experience within private client is desirable
* Strong typing and document formatting skills (audio & copy)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage a varied workload
