Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging activities and play
* Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observing and recording children’s progress
* Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification preferred
* Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable
* A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young children
