The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4, with subject specialism welcome in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, or other core subjects
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
* Be passionate about helping young people build confidence and achieve success
* Be a great team player who is reliable, professional, and committed to their role
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Understand how to motivate and engage secondary-aged learners through innovative teaching strategies
