A Lifeguard's role is vital, and the responsibility that comes with it is significant. If you're calm under pressure, highly responsible, and natural with people from all walks of life, this is your chance to develop as a Lifeguard.
As a Lifeguard, your passion for swimming and great customer service will shine through when supervising our customers in the pool, as well as supporting the team in keeping our centres clean and tidy.
What you’ll do:
1. Experience regular pool rotations
2. Supervise and clean the pool area
3. Set up equipment
4. Deal with customer queries
5. Support your team by preparing Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for activities, and maintaining cleanliness of the centre
What you need:
* A focus on customer service
* Passion and personality
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Be a great team player
* Ideally, hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ); if not, training can be provided after passing a swim test

This is a full-time permanent role. Hours will be negotiated and flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not available.
