We are looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join our HR Department on a 12 -month Fixed Term basis.
The Role
Deliver high-quality management and leadership development programmes, facilitating engaging learning experiences both in person and virtually to meet diverse audience needs.
Create an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, reflection, and practical application of learning.
Provide 1:1 coaching and trusted advisory support to managers and leaders, embedding learning, driving behaviour change, and supporting people management challenges in line with organisational values and best practice.
Coordinate programme delivery, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, participant communications, and maintenance of up-to-date, relevant learning materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, L&D Business Partners, and senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on participant progress and development needs.
Continuously evaluate and enhance programme effectiveness by collecting feedback, ensuring consistently high standards, and staying current with leadership development trends, tools, and best practice.
Experience
Proven experience delivering management or leadership development training, with strong facilitation and presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
Confident in coaching individuals at different career stages, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working effectively in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, including experience evaluating training effectiveness and impact.
