A fixed term (14 months) role providing administrative and digital systems support to the Occupational Health Administration Manager and Clinical Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

Responsibilities
* Manage the Occupational Health database (OPAS G2), including data entry, validation and reporting.
* Analyse and present service data, and contribute to KPI reports and dashboards.
* Support service improvement initiatives, create new working methods and collect data to support operational efficiency.
* Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and face‑to‑face, providing administrative clerical support.
* Carry out general Occupational Health administrative duties, including reception tasks, as required.
Qualifications & Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in administrative or office skills.
* High level of IT proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
* Experience working with databases – data input, validation and report generation.
* Understanding of electronic information systems, digital workflows and data accuracy.
* Knowledge of information governance and confidentiality when handling digital records.
* Ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Desirable criteria
* Experience with OPAS G2 or other Occupational Health Systems.
* Experience with ORACLE or other procurement systems.
* Experience producing KPI reports or data dashboards.
* Knowledge of NHS systems and digital tools.

* Significant administrative experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience working with digital systems or databases.

Essential criteria
* Ability to analyse, interpret and quality‑check service data from CIVICA OPAS G2.
* Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, courteous telephone manner and sensitivity to enquiries.
* Self‑motivated, proactive and able to organise workload independently.
* Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards in data handling and administration.
Desirable criteria
* Welsh language skills (levels 1 to 5 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing).
Additional Requirements
Essential criteria
* Ability to travel within the University Health Board region during the working day.
