We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join us in our Metrocentre Gateshead store. If you are someone who has a love for fashion, an eye for style, loves connecting with people and thrives in an environment of ownership and autonomy then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
About you:
Youll have experience as a Store Manager within a similar role, with a commercial focus and a passion and love for fashion!
What youll be doing:
* Be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
* Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge
* Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
* Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPIs.
* Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions.
* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandars brand, product and customer driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
* Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
* Coach, develop and people manage your team to the highest standard
* Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners
* Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
* Leading a team and encouraging that anything is possible attitude!
Weekly hours: 40
