About the Role
We are a 42 Bedded hospital who provide exceptional neurorehabilitation for our patients.
You will independently assess and treat a varied MSK caseload, using advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice. The post includes delivering one-to-one hydrotherapy for suitable patients, offering a unique opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise.
Youll work as part of a friendly, skilled team and play an active role in service development, quality improvement, and maintaining high clinical standards across the service. You will be accountable for the delivery of our patient care in a way that is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, Effective and Well Led, in line with hospital values.
What Were Looking For
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
* MSK outpatient experience
* Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Experience or interest in hydrotherapy (training available)
* Enthusiasm for supervision, teaching, and supporting assistant caregivers and students
