As the Area Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving sustainable revenue growth across your region. You’ll identify new opportunities, enhance customer relationships, and represent a trusted brand within industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a focused territory sales plan targeting high-value industrial and construction prospects
* Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline with 8 quality face-to-face customer meetings per day
* Win, onboard, and grow key accounts while negotiating confidently within guidelines
* Work closely with service teams across the region to ensure excellent customer experience
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline/performance updates
The Person
* Proven field sales experience within industrial, MRO, construction plant, or technical service sectors
* Strong account management and territory development skills
* Confident communication and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across the region
