The Role Were looking for someone to join us in a hands-on customer service and sales support role. This isnt a call centre job its a position where youll: speak directly with customers process and manage orders help identify the right products take ownership of enquiries from start to finish Youll be working in a technical, product-based environment, learning about filtration products and supporting customers in making the right decisions. What Youll Be Doing Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Preparing quotations and following up where required Supporting customers with product identification and selection Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams Maintaining accurate records using Sage 50, CRM, and internal systems What Were Looking For Were not just looking for experience were looking for the right mindset.
