In this role, you will support clients in implementing, maintaining, and improving their IT systems and processes. You will work closely with senior consultants to analyse business needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver practical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting client business and technical requirements Support implementation and configuration of IT systems and software solutions Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Provide technical support to clients and internal teams Prepare documentation, reports, and user guides Participate in client meetings and project discussions Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and system administration fundamentals Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of databases and basic SQL querying Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar) Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Understanding of APIs, integrations, or system interoperability concepts Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git) Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software systems, and networking concepts Familiarity with operating systems, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment Exposure to project management or IT service frameworks Basic scripting or programming knowledge Experience with troubleshooting or helpdesk environments Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks Basic documentation and reporting skills Understanding of workflow and process improvement concepts Exposure to project coordination or Agile methodologies Stakeholder communication fundamentals Client-facing professionalism Strong verbal and written communication Team collaboration mindset Time management and prioritization Adaptability in fast-paced environments Willingness to learn new tools and technologies Professional client interaction
