About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional math teacher with a track record of success and improving student outcomes who can start in September. The chosen applicant will be able to teach in a cutting-edge secondary school in Blackpool for students aged 11 to 16 that fosters accomplishment and a love of learning. You will be able to show that you have expertise in improving student outcomes and that you are passionate about changing the lives of young people. You will have outstanding organizational abilities and the innate capacity to inspire peers and students as a dedicated team member.
Requirements
* A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
* The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
* Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
* Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
Skills
* Excellent subject knowledge.
* Ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess inspiring Maths lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and progress.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to drive improvement.
* Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Participating in extracurricular activities and events.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
* Uphold the school's safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare of all students.
