About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our contact centre team in Fareham. This is a part-time position requiring a professional, reliable, and customer-focused individual to handle incoming calls, manage orders, and provide support across all aspects of customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
* Process and manage customer orders accurately.
* Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and other channels.
* Resolve issues and complaints with a calm and solutions-driven approach.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the contact centre team.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional telephone manner with a focus on delivering a high standard of service.
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
* Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
