Salary - £32,00-£33,000

Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will be focussed on providing the very best care for our children and our colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed? xcunqrw
Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
You are responsible for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model
Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room
You are responsible for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards
Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
