To support our transformational digital strategy, the Learning and Development team has an exciting new role for a Digital Systems Trainer to join the Barchester family.
Role Overview
The Digital Systems Trainer is a new position created to implement Barchester’s digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS. The role ensures these systems are fully integrated, adopted, and maintained for the future.
Reporting and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Digital Training, the Digital Systems Trainer will be a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, working closely with implementation leads, operations, the L&D team, and project teams.
1. Design training strategies and materials.
2. Deliver training across all sites via face-to-face sessions, individual coaching, remote video training, and post-training support.
3. Act as the subject matter expert on various aspects of digital training.
4. Provide guidance on change management across the organization.
Travel Requirements
The role involves significant travel across a designated division/region, with national travel and overnight stays as required.

Required Experience
* Experience delivering digital systems training from inception to implementation, ideally within healthcare.
* Experience managing large-scale digital projects across multiple sites.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction for internal stakeholders.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and KPIs.
* Teamwork and initiative.
* Attention to detail and good design sense.
