What You Can Expect
The primary focus of this role is to manage Tenders and Contracts on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will handle commercially related pricing queries and other queries related to current contracted accounts, within company guidelines, methods, and policies. This role serves a range of internal stakeholders.
How You'll Create Impact
* Assist with the preparation and management of all Zimmer Biomet customer contracts, collaborating with Business Development Managers and Sales teams.
* Manage all tender requests from receipt to dispatch, ensuring internal processes are followed.
* Coordinate all tender responses.
* Maintain and develop a database of tender responses for future submissions.
* Ensure adherence to Pricing policy, escalate price changes or reductions as per PRAM, and present them compliantly to customers.
* Maintain and coordinate all aspects of contracts/tenders daily.
* Communicate contract changes to relevant internal and external parties, including customers.
* Assist with producing tender business proposals.
* Liaise with auditors as required.
* Create usage reports for customers.
* Achieve 100% accuracy and meet deadlines for tender submissions.
* Log and disseminate tender notifications within 24 hours of receipt.
* Keep electronic contract files up to date for audit purposes.
* Monitor customers for contract compliance.

Your Background
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
* A business degree is advantageous.
* Knowledge of the orthopedic or medical sales market is a plus.
* Experience in working with and submitting tenders.
* Experience dealing with tenders and quotations.
* Proficiency with SAP and Excel, including formulas like Vlookups and pivot tables.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
