Chef role:
* A love of food and an eagerness to grow in a
professional kitchen
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a
bonus, but not essential
* Willingness to take direction, but also to take
initiative and pride in your work
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to
obtain one
* Punctual, well-presented, and ready to roll up your
sleeves and learn
* Strong communication and a proactive attitude
* Understanding of allergens, food safety and hygiene
standards
