Managing HR Advice for a wide portfolio of Goodwille clients
• Providing high quality and compliant advice across the full spectrum of HR
• Role is a fee earner, but also supporting other fee earners in relation to specific areas of
expertise
Pragmatically advising on technical matters relating to HR issues including
employee relations, organisation design, policies and procedures, implementation
of new contracts and staff handbooks, benefits and salary levels, recruitment and
training solutions
• Drafting and reviewing HR documentation and agreements
