We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Hygiene team, as an Assistant Manager.
The key elements of the role are:
1. Coordinate hygiene staff and make sure work is carried out correctly and efficiently to meet the expectations of the business.
2. Ensuring CIC documentation is up to date and effectively trained out
3. To review CIC every 6 months
4. Maintain adequate supplies of chemicals, ppe and laundry at all times
5. Maintaining Hygiene paperwork and paperless systems
6. Ensure the correct cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment is available
7. Plan, supervise, coordinate and motivate team members in all processes and tasks
8. Manage hygiene team to always ensure effectiveness of operation
9. Co-ordinate all Hygiene related Corrective Action in reaction to all audits and visits
10. To identify key area of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions
11. Ensure that robust Hygiene Management Systems are in place to cover all areas and all site operations, incorporating daily deep clean, periodic cleans, interim / operational cleaning operational support
12. Assure and maintain a high exacting standard of hygienic practice and quality within the quality and hygienic regulatory requirements. In addition, adhere to HACCP and technical protocols, whilst monitoring progress and outcomes of all tasks.
13. Deliver Training of both new and established team members as per production, food safety and technical protocols.
14. Ensure that all paperwork relating to hygiene is correctly filled in and monitored.
