For this role, you will need some solid experience in testing, inspecting, building, and analyzing mechanical parts, along with a good understanding of working with legal warranty documents, writing analysis reports, and using various computer software. We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical and documentation skills. No formal qualifications are required for this role.
Daily Tasks Include:
1. Loading and unloading test rigs
2. Liaising with other teams and management
3. Following written, drawn, and verbal instructions
4. Applying knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and general precision engineering processes
5. Signing off on completed work for dispatch
6. Using specialist hand and power tools to test, inspect, and modify components
7. Interpreting data from test rigs and recording findings
This is a temporary role with long-term potential and scope for permanence. Working hours are 0800 to 1600, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to grow within a busy and expanding company.
