Role Purpose
We're looking for a hands-on Application Developer to lead the delivery and evolution of our custom-built applications, spanning Domino (HCL Notes/Domino) and modern web technologies including the MERN stack.
This role combines technical expertise with ownership of the application roadmap, driving migration and modernisation initiatives while ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions, applying DevOps principles and best practices throughout.
