Newstaff Employment Services are looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor based in Kingsnorth, Rochester.

This is an ideal role for a candidate with previous experience of working as a stock controller or parts administrator.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Control Workshop Stock - booking goods into the system, cross-referring vehicle parts, liaise with the stock team to order required parts, completing stock checks both physical stock holding and system balances.
* Administrative support - answer all email and telephone queries, complete weekly reports and all relevant paperwork, assist in the provision of quality administrative support to the workshop.
* Maintain all systems ensuring that adequate and appropriate records are created and maintained.
* Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
* Other ad-hoc duties.
Skills and expertise:
* Previous experience within the automotive sector (desirable).
* Computer literate with experience in using Excel.
* Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential).
* Excellent numerical and literacy skills.
* You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in your work, to the highest standards of work set by customers.
* Excellent attention to detail.
Other information:
* £12.50 per hour paid weekly.
* Monday to Friday (with some flexibility during busy times).
