Personal Injury Paralegal – Leeds
A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its busy and growing Fast Track RTA team in Leeds. This role focuses on managing Road Traffic Accident claims through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal and offers the chance to work in a high-performing team with strong career development prospects.

Role overview:
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of RTA claims, progressing files through all stages of the OIC portal. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound legal knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
Main responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of fast track RTA claims through the OIC portal
Providing accurate and practical legal advice to clients
Liaising with insurers, medical experts and other external parties to move claims forward
Recognising when cases need to exit the portal and move into litigation
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and agreed service levels
