What This Role Offers
As our next Supervisor, you’ll oversee the machine or press shop within our Liverpool facility, managing a team across CNC milling, turning, punches, or presses, ensuring production targets are met and safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day operations of CNC mills, lathes, punches, or presses, supporting up to two production cells.
* Plan and prioritise daily work with the production and planning teams to meet delivery targets.
* Coach and guide cell leaders and operators, promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism at all times.
* Provide clear communication and reports to leadership, using tools like FactoryMaster and MyCompliance.
* Support and deliver Toolbox Talks, Health & Safety checks, and department updates.
* Lead by example, instilling pride and consistency across teams and shifts.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
* Strong technical knowledge is desirable but not essential of at least one of:
o CNC Milling
o CNC Turning
o Punch & Press
o Fabrication
o Assembly
o Fitting
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-first mindset.
* Strong communicator with an inclusive, people-led leadership style.
Salary, Location & Hours
* Salary: £31,590 to £38,103 per annum (based on experience and skillset).
* Location: Speke, Liverpool – on-site, full-time.
* Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30.
* Overtime: Paid at 1.5x.
