A well-established and fast-growing independent accountancy firm is looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Manager to lead a portfolio of agricultural and property sector clients. Offering flexible/hybrid working and an excellent working environment.
Your new Role
* Manage a portfolio of clients and drive the delivery of accounting and tax planning solutions to these clients
* As a manager, you will be tasked to grow and nurture the talent within the business, supporting the career development of those around you
* Building relationships both externally and internally allowing you to effectively deliver projects and grow members of the team
What You'll Need to Succeed
* ACA/ACCA fully qualified
* Minimum of 3 years of Accounts and Tax experience within a Practice environment in the UK
* An understanding of the rural sector (farming) — whether through professional experience or personal background
What You'll Get in Return
* Competitive salary in the range of £55,000 – £65,000
