Project Director – Data Centre Construction (UK)

Are you currently leading £100m+ mission critical projects?
We’re looking for a Project Director to take full ownership of hyperscale data centre schemes across the UK.
You’ll be:
✔ Leading £150m–£400m builds
✔ Managing multi-disciplinary teams (50+ professionals)
✔ Owning P&L, programme and risk
✔ Operating at executive client level
✔ Driving Tier III / Tier IV delivery
This role is for you if:
• You’ve delivered large-scale data centres or mission critical projects
• You understand commissioning strategy & MEP-heavy environments
• You’re commercially strong under NEC/JCT
• You want strategic influence, not just project delivery
