Solicitor or Legal Executive

NQ-3 years Experience

Exeter, Devon

In this newly qualified solicitor role you will handle a purposely broad and varied caseload in order to expand your experience and find out what you enjoy most at this early stage of your career.


This will include working on:

* Investment and Development
* Landlord & Tenant matters
* Acquisitions & disposals
* Asset management work
* Regeneration
* & Joint ventures


You will be supported by and work very closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners (inside & outside of the real estate team) and advise loyal clients including:

* Pension funds
* Property investors
* Asset managers
* Overseas investors
* Developers
* Public & Private Sector bodies
