This is a standout opportunity for an accomplished design professional to take genuine ownership of projects, clients, and outcomes within a practice that is scaling with real purpose. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Owner, the successful candidate will take full end-to-end responsibility for projects from early concept through to technical delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while leading multi-disciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers more than technical responsibility. It provides the opportunity to influence how the practice operates, how clients are supported, and how the next phase of growth is shaped. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initial concept and design development through to technical delivery and completion Act as the principal point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate and direct full design teams, including consultants, contractors, and wider stakeholders Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and documentation Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of technical and creative excellence Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice Required Experience Proven ability to lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, delivering exceptional design quality and technical excellence Strong technical capability across all stages of design and construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD Proven experience managing client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary design teams Chartered status with ARB, RIBA or RIAI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate confidently at all levels (internal and external) NEC experience is desirable Whats on Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Market-leading bonus structure Direct reporting line to the Managing Director and Owner, offering genuine influence at senior level Opportunity to work with an award-winning architectural practice A strong pipeline of high-quality projects across Ireland A professional and collaborative working environment This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect who is ready to take ownership, lead projects with confidence, and contribute to the continued growth of a highly regarded architectural practice.
