Duties and responsibilities
* Overseeing daily operations of the organisation.
* Implement and communicate the strategy for the plant that motivates employees and connects to divisional strategies.
* Direct the local Management Team via clear leadership to achieve divisional goals and strategies, ensuring high-quality output, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Track key performance indicators. Monitor routinely with active data analysis to target and drive results.
* Establish an annual budget and a resource plan. Monitor and perform within forecasted plan.
* Work together with the Division to drive international sales volume growth.
* Provide overall production leadership, problem solving, and strategic direction during normal production.
* Drive the engineering department and all related functions.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
* Establish and communicate clear and measurable expectations of performance and provide frequent feedback.
* This role manages and directs staff management in manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance and human resources.

Educational and experience requirements
* Business Acumen.
* Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
* People oriented and results driven.
* Be a natural leader and demonstrated strong leadership, team building, coaching and the ability to build a culture and motivate people is required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
* Must be highly motivated and results oriented.
* Experienced in profit & loss responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
