Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

* Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
* Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
* A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
* Flexibility to work weekends consistently is essential.
